Congratulations to the Carter and Young Families!- Reception Blues!!!

Congratulations to the Carter and Young families as they celebrated their wedding reception at The Washington with us this past weekend. Mr. Aaron Carter called us, after being referred to us by a friend and said "my baby is getting married and I need help! " His daughters dream was an elegant ivory and blue sit down reception.
